These Community Guidelines exist to protect you and ensure that Nexlit remains a positive and uplifting space for all. Please read them carefully. Violations may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans — with or without refund.

Nexlit Rules & Expectations

1) Respect Boundaries

Everyone’s comfort level is different. Public profiles must remain respectful — no nudity, graphic content, sexual language, or mentions of seeking casual sex. In private chats, mutual consent is key. If someone asks you to stop, stop.

2) Protect Your Privacy

Never post your phone number, email, social handles, or financial details publicly on your profile. Be cautious with what you share in conversations. Do not ask others for money, investments, or their private info. Scams are not welcome here.

3) No Violence or Harmful Content

We do not allow any form of violent, graphic, or gory content — including references to self-harm or harm toward others. This includes animal abuse, weapons, or threats of any kind. If someone is in danger, we may step in and provide crisis resources.

4) No Business or Promotions

Nexlit is for finding meaningful personal connections — not clients, customers, or followers. Do not promote businesses, fundraising efforts, political campaigns, or any compensated relationships (including “sugar” arrangements, escort services, etc.).

5) Be Authentically You

Only use your own photos and identity. Don’t impersonate anyone else, even as a joke. Fake accounts undermine trust and are not allowed.

6) Communicate with Kindness

Treat others the way you'd want to be treated. Bullying, harassment, threats, intimidation, doxing, blackmail, and manipulative behavior are strictly forbidden. If a conversation isn’t working out, you can unmatch — no need to escalate.

7) Zero Tolerance for Hate

Nexlit does not tolerate racism, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind — based on race, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, or health status. If someone doesn’t meet your preferences, simply move on without reporting unless they violate our policies.

8) Create a Safe Space

Any act — digital or physical — that suggests or causes harm to another person will be taken seriously. If you've been hurt, take time to heal and please reach out to our support team. We care, and we're here for you.

9) Adults Only

Nexlit is for adults 18 years and older. Do not upload photos of children alone, even if it’s you as a child. No exceptions.

10) Follow the Law

Illegal activity — including drug sales, human trafficking, and counterfeit goods — is strictly banned. Any attempt to use Nexlit for criminal purposes will be reported to the proper authorities.

11) One Account Per Person

Each person must have their own account. Sharing accounts or creating multiple profiles is not allowed for privacy and security reasons.

12) Only Post What’s Yours

Don't share copyrighted materials, private messages, or images of others without consent. Respect intellectual property and personal privacy.

13) Use Nexlit Honestly

No spamming. No fake profiles. No gaming the system. Don’t try to manipulate, scam, or exploit users. Don’t use third-party tools to cheat features. And never falsify reports against others.

14) Stay Active

If you don’t log into your account for over two years, we may remove it for inactivity. Check in once in a while to stay connected and visible.

Reporting & Enforcement

If you encounter behavior that makes you feel unsafe or goes against our guidelines, please report it. All reports are confidential. Your action may protect others and help us maintain a respectful community.

We take every report seriously and may issue warnings, remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users depending on the severity of the violation.

Accountability & Termination

Nexlit reserves the right to investigate and terminate accounts — with or without refund — for any misuse of the service or behavior that violates our Community Guidelines or Terms of Use. This includes off-platform behavior involving people met on Nexlit.
